Growth without a web shop: driving impact instead of revenue
On this page:
Eline Rosina is a Dutch jewelry brand with a recognizable, minimalist style. The collections combine refined designs with high-quality materials such as gold and silver. The brand has built a strong position in the Netherlands and Belgium, with a growing demand from other European countries. From that base, the ambition arose to grow further within Europe.
The figures of Eline Rosina
The basis for international growth was in place. The web shop and logistics were set up to serve multiple markets and the website content was also largely translated.
As Eline Rosina continued to expand within Europe, the need arose to better align ads with local search behavior and buying intent. Product titles and metadata were still mainly organized from one general structure, so there were opportunities to localize product feeds more strongly by market.
To further scale international campaigns, it was important to translate from a technically scalable setup to a feed structure that was also commercially optimal for each local market. The diagram below shows how product data was enriched step by step based on local search intent.

How product data became the basis for better performance
International growth is not about more campaigns, but about better product data. That's why we tackled the basics: the product feed.
We developed a scalable, multilingual feed structure that works per market with fixed fields, local search intent and enriched product data. This keeps feeds clear and allows new markets to be rolled out faster without extra manual work.
By commercially optimizing product data by market, ads better matched local search behavior and Shopping and Performance Max campaigns became more relevant and scalable.
International growth through local relevance
The new feed structure finally made international scale-up both scalable and manageable. Between April 2025 and April 2026, total revenue grew by over 70%, while ROAS remained stable. New markets could be rolled out faster, without additional manual work.
The effect of localization was immediately apparent. The Danish feed performed 3.69 times better than the untranslated Swedish one, despite Sweden being a larger market.
Key results:
- +70% total sales (April 2026 vs. April 2025)
- Faster international rollout by market
- Higher ad relevance and CTR
- Structural sales growth in multiple countries
- Consistent and scalable product data
