About Combifit

As an online wholesaler in the glazing world, Combifit is the place to go for all the supplies and materials you need to install glass. Only the glass itself is not for sale in the webshop. Also available are products for the assembly, facade, frame, and painting world.

Challenge

It was up to us to take Combifit's online business to the next level. Increasing online market share had to lead to an increase in sales and orders.

Approach

The first step was to optimize the Google Search and Shopping campaign structure. This optimization allowed us to most effectively target the campaign budget based on search intent of potential customers and the stage of the buying process they are in. In addition, we applied advanced bid management by integrating Google and Bing Ads into DoubleClick. Using DoubleClick, we mapped the entire conversion funnel in order to target advertising more effectively. Finally, we improved the quality and findability of key pages with various content improvements and technical SEO solutions.

Result

All the work done has resulted in cost savings as well as higher returns. It is now possible to purchase more relevant traffic at a lower cost per conversion, and thus realize more conversions. We also see a growth in traffic through the non-paid channels; the SEO efforts lead to an increase in organic traffic, and the growth in the number of new customers through SEA has increased direct traffic.
